No. 10173).  Generally, we will not knowingly disclose confidential information to anyone. However, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and we shall comply with our laws and regulations, judicial and other legal processes.

What Kind of Information is Collected?

We require minimum collection of information from our guests. In order for you to register on our website, we may collect the following information:

2. Birth date
3. Mobile number

We may collect further information like the following:

1. Your personal e-mail address and residential address, for the purpose of delivering letters, donation receipts or other gift items from CBN Asia.
2. Your personal e-mail address and telephone / mobile number for donor communication updates, announcements and seasonal greetings.

Occasionally, we may share such information with third parties which may be engaged by CBN Asia specifically to handle and deliver certain online activities. • Similarly, if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent or request for deletion at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your or your children’s personal information conducted in compliance with lawful processing other than giving your consent.
• You have the right to complain to a data protection authority if you think that any of your rights have been infringed by us.
