It was summer and the electric fans around the house were working nonstop. Even the air conditioner was on where the children were either sleeping or playing. Every now and then, somebody would open the ref to get a cold glass of water or juice. Anything and everything to fight the wrath of the sun.

Pero naranasan ninyo na ba ‘yung kung kailan kailangang-kailangan mo ang tulong ng bentilador at aircon, saka pa ito masisira? At magkakasunod pa? As the elders would say, “Parang nagkasundo ang mga appliance na mag-strike, ah!” Tapos, kapag dinala mo sa repair shop, hindi nila ito agad magagawa because it turns out, nagkaubusan na ng piyesa o di kaya ay pila ang mga bentilador na kailangang ayusin!

Thankfully, ang mga puso natin na nangangailangan ng lunas at ang mga sugat nating kailangang gamutin ay hindi kailangang pumila sa repair shop ng Panginoon. He is not only willing to mend our hearts and heal our wounds, but He is also able, 24/7! We don’t even need an appointment para asikasuhin Niya tayo! We don’t even have to be afraid na baka wala nang available na piyesa para kumpunihin ang mga nasirang bahagi ng ating mga puso!

That’s how amazing our God is! Imagine the world’s population that’s suffering from broken-heartedness, doubt, anxiety, depression, physical and mental illnesses, and yet the Lord can accommodate all of us at the same time! And when He does, we don’t even need to wait for our number to be called. We don’t even need to check out online reviews and see how many stars previous customers gave this Repairman slash Physician named God!

No matter how sick and broken we are, God the Father and His Son Jesus are able and willing to make us whole. Accept His healing today and experience the wholeness that only comes from God. See you tomorrow for another comforting message from God’s Word!
