May Back-Up Plan Ka Ba?
Awit 143:8
Magaling ka bang mag-plano? Ikaw ang inaasahan ng family and friends mo to plan trips and parties.
You don’t want to worry about your family’s future, so you prepared a backup plan.
Wala namang masama na i-secure ang future because life is full of uncertainties. Dapat nga matuto tayong magplano because tomorrow is never guaranteed. Backup plan lang ba Siya or Primary plan?
Sa totoo lang, life can still mess up despite all the planning and preparation. Sometimes the backup plan won’t work either. Meron ka pa bang Plan C or D?
Making the Lord your primary plan rather than a backup plan is always the best choice. When God is included in the planning, He gives wisdom to make choices, strength to press on, and faith to trust Him. Planning with the Lord gives us the confidence to weather the storms of life. He is the One who holds the future and will carry us through regardless of our plans.
LET’S PRAY
Lord, please forgive me if I have excluded You from my plans. I have been running my life for so long that I failed to put You first. Let Your Spirit remind me to seek You in every plan, so I could make wise choices according to Your will. Teach me to put my hope in You alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
APPLICATION
