Mateo 6:34

The couple was deeply saddened because they had learned to love the seniors.

In the middle of the pandemic, they battledmental fatigue, financial crisis, and physical exhaustion. What else could there be?

Tanong nila kay Lord, “Where do these sufferings come from? Why are you permitting all these sufferings?” The Lord answered them by showing them the experience of Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. God told them to keep calm because the battle is already won. All they need to do is to have a victory mentality just like King Jehoshaphat. So instead of worrying, they joined a prayer group and entrusted everything to the Lord. They gained strength and comfort from God as they declared,” Power and might are in your hand, and no one can withstand you” (2 Chronicles 20:6c).

Indeed, the Lord kept His promise to the family. They experienced miracles. Hindi natuloy ang pagpapalayas sa kanila sa kanilang bahay, they gained new sponsors, new ministries were opened, and new projects were given by God for the enlargement of their territories. Most of all, all their family members experienced healing.

Abangan bukas ang panibago nating seryeng “The Lord is Our Shepherd”.

Thank You, Lord for You have called us according to Your love and purpose. I come humbly to Your throne of grace, mercy, and power. If there are struggles that cause us to worry, teach us to understand that You are bigger than our problems. You alone are a promise keeper and miracle working God.

APPLICATION

Be a prayer warrior by approaching God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that you may receive mercy and find grace to help you in your time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
