In the Bible, he is described as ”the great dragon…the deceiver of the whole world(Revelation 12:9, ESV). He dresses up lies to look like “truth,” sin to look like “freedom,” and distractions to feel like “rest.” Kagaya ng scammers na hindi lang sa online nanloloko kundi harap-harapan na, even going to your house para mabudol ka, Satan’s plan is always the opposite of God’s wonderful promises for your life.

Sabi sa John 10:10 (NIV), “The thief” — referring to the enemy — “comes only to steal, kill, and destroy.”

That’s why we’re called to be on guard.

Sabi Niya sa John 10:10 (NIV): “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” Binigyan ka Niya ng truth as your armor, and the Holy Spirit who will be with you to guide and warn you.

Kaya huwag kang magpapabudol. Stay sharp. Stay grounded. Stay with Jesus — the only one who doesn’t deceive but saves.

LET’S PRAY

Lord, I have been a victim of so many scams in life — niloko, ninakawan, ginulangan ng mga taong kilala at hindi ko kilala. I want to break free from this cycle of being victimized by lies. I accept You into my life. Breathe life into me and save me from the works of the enemy.

APPLICATION

Go back to God’s word. Don’t let the scammer steal the truth of who you are in Christ.
