Learning Never Stops
Unahin mo sa lahat, pagtuklas ng karunungan, ito’y pilitin mong matamo kahit gaano kamahal.
Mga Kawikaan 4:7
As a freelancer, malaya si Paul na pumili ng mga project na tatanggapin. This gives him the freedom to learn new things while practicing his craft. He would grab opportunities like free seminars, trainings, webinars, and conferences to be a better website developer. He also pays for those that are not free for added knowledge sa kanyang field. He’s giving time, money, and effort para ma-complete ang bawat program na sinasalihan.
Learning never stops and pursuing knowledge and wisdom honors the Lord. Despite our age, it is never too late to learn new things and unlearn wrong mindsets along the way.
Where do we gain wisdom? In Proverbs 4, God says that we can gain it from our parents. We can also learn from those who are experts na sa mga field na tinahak nila when it comes to educational knowledge. We can also learn from others like friends, colleagues, classmates, and even random people we meet.
But the most reliable source of wisdom is God himself. He said in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
By reading the Bible everyday, we gain wisdom from God para ma-navigate natin ang life. Through godly wisdom, we can make practical decisions that can help us succeed in life. We can also avoid being fooled by liars and scammers.
If we think that we are already full of wisdom and understanding, let us remain humble and give glory to God (Proverbs 3:7–10).
LET’S PRAY
Dear Lord, I pray for more opportunities to learn new things. I pray for provision also as I pursue knowledge. Sana po ay magamit ko ang mga natutunan at matututunan ko pa for Your glory. Help me discover the joy of reading the Bible as I navigate life.
