Mateo 5:9

There are a lot of reasons that will trigger a misunderstanding between co-workers, friends, and even family members. There are even instances na kailangang may umawat o pumagitna if the tension is rising na. Kapag may misunderstanding, siguradong walang peace.

How do we resolve disagreements at paano nga ba maging totoong peacemaker?

The perfect example of a peacemaker is our Heavenly Father God. Our God is a peacemaking God. The greatest proof is when He gave His only son, Jesus Christ, upang magkaroon ng kapayapaan sa pagitan Niya at nating mga tao. Despite our sins, God made the first move to reconcile us back to Him. Talk about a peace-loving and peacemaking God!

But how can we be peacemakers, too? We first need to accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior to be called children of God. And when we become children of God, we’ll have the character of our Heavenly Father, a peacemaker.

LET’S PRAY

Dear God, sa sobrang daming dahilan para magalit sa ibang tao at sitwasyon, maraming salamat for reminding me na I can be a peacemaking and peace-loving person instead. I want to be called Your son/daughter. Thank You for Jesus Christ who died on the cross for my sins, I accept Him as my personal Lord and Savior. Please help me to make the first move toward peace in the midst of misunderstanding with other people.
