Kapag ako ay ginugulo ng maraming suliranin, ang wagas na pag-ibig mo ang umaaliw sa akin.

Awit 94:19

Weekend na; are you still stressed? Sa dami ng iniisip mo about your family, work or school, ministry, and relationships, do you find it difficult to manage everything? Kung oo, then take a rest, my dear.

But how can we really rest when we are stressed? Sa mundong punong-puno ng increasing demands and responsibilities, is there a way to live a stress-free life? Let me share with you a beautiful verse in Psalm 94:19 GNT. The psalmist wrote, “Whenever I am anxious and worried, you comfort me and make me glad.” Obvious na stressed na stressed ang sumulat ng psalm na ito because there were many oppressive people around him. Pero sa halip na magmukmok at mawalan ng pag-asa, he prayed to God and relied on His love and comfort.

If you’re like the psalmist na gulong-gulo na sa dami ng iniisip, at para bang napakaraming nagpapabigat sa iyo, here’s the key: look to God and rest in His love. You can ask Him to help you cope with stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Bring all your problems to the Lord because He is concerned about you. Kapag pakiramdam mo nalulunod ka na at nao-overwhelmed with all the worries and responsibilities, you can remember and recite this declaration by the psalmist. Clear your mind from everything that bothers you by praying to the God who loves you. Come on, let’s pray.
