Willing to wait po ba kayo for ten minutes?”

Moral of the story? Good things come to those who wait. Pero paano kaya kapag si Lord ang nagtanong sa atin ng, “Are you willing to wait?”

“Are you willing to wait sa lovelife na ipinagpe-pray mo?”

“Are you willing to wait sa promotion mo sa office?”

Minsan, sa kagustuhan natin na madaliin ang lahat, we end up settling for less. God wants to build our character so that we can be more like Him. But the good thing is, we have God’s promises to hold on to as we wait. God is not slow in keeping His promises. We just have to trust His timing and His process. And in the end, kapag ibinigay na ni Lord sa iyo ang mga bagay na matagal mo nang pinagpe-pray at hinihintay, wala kang regrets. Hindi mo sasabihing, “Sana pala naghintay ako.” Instead, you’ll say, “I’m glad I waited. It’s so worth the wait.”
